I did not realize the groupon could not be used without being in the shop in person. I call in and order flowers as I live a good distance from Louisville. When I called in the lady I spoke with was not courteous at all and was very short in telling me I had to come in to the shop to use the groupon. I explained the distance from I live-and the office I send flowers to is very close to their office. Needless to say I will not do business with them.
