Extreme Martial Arts New Braunfels helps to tone and tighten bodies while simultaneously improving self-defense skills. Instructors guide groups through sequences of BJJ, kickboxing, and no gi grappling moves, as well as Extreme Martial Arts sessions that combine the techniques.

Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
Extreme Martial Arts New Braunfels has classes for children as young as 3yrs old and classes for adults of any age.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our mission is to create a positive measurable difference here in the New Braunfels community.

What do you love most about your job?
Here at Extreme Martial Arts New Braunfels we have a passion for teaching Martial Arts the right way, safety and with an emphasis on family's learning together.

Had a great time! The facility has all the right equipment. Classes were mixed with adults and kids and it was so fun to join my son! A great workout too!
