Something close to a scam. I did some research and got a few quotes for vent cleaning in the area and it was between 3-400 dollars. Figured I'd save some money w/ a Groupon. Turns out the $79 doesn't really get you anything. Was charged $744 for all of this extra work, including cleaning coils (+$150) which had been done 2 weeks ago. AND when the serviceman left, the heat wasn't even working!

He did an okay job, I'm not unhappy.
But he was VERY VERY rushed. Had he slowed down, I feel like the general wear areas could have come cleaner.
Plus he dragged his hoses through my house rather carelessly.

The technician is very knowledgeable and responsible. He patiently diagnosed the problem and explained to me. I fixed my problem of no heat in my basement sunroom. I highly recommend his services to other home owners.

I have literally nothing bad to say. They were on time, at the beginning of the window that they said they would be there. They cleaned the carpet in a short amount of time which was awesome because I was working from home that day so it didn't interrupt my work basically at all. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and the man (it was him and another woman) even helped me change a light that I was too short to reach.. If I ever have to get my carpets cleaned again, I will definitely go to them even without a Groupon voucher.

The person was nice who came. However, the nightmare started when we did get our duct cleaned. However, they are coming to go fix but the people that are coming to fix the HVAC which they messed up is over two hours late. Very disappointed in this company.
