I called to schedule In early January , I was informed the next available spot. Was April. I didn’t schedule just then -yet my voucher says redeemed! I either want the voucher back or a refund!!! TV

Called several times, left messages, never called back for the appointment. Never use these people, they can never deliver what they promise.

While the cleaning was fine, RoJack did everything they could to not honor the Groupon. First they claimed they had an unwritten policy that Groupon users needed to make a reservation at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Then they insisted there was a stair fee of $25 because I live on the second floor and they had to lug the equipment up. Both are BS. Would not recommend.
