Arrived on time and did excellent plumbing work. Finished the kitchen faucet assembly replacement with time to spare and went on to do other plumbing work I only hoped for in the remaining time. They were willing to extend their time on site for 50% of their regular rate. Wish I had known in advance....

Impossible to reach to schedule an appointment -- I've sent three emails and left multiple messages on answering machines, prior to the deadline for the Groupon, which has now passed. I'm hoping we can resolve this and that this organization will honor the Groupon, but its difficult when I can't even make contact

After repeated phone calls I finally scheduled my 4 hour session. The guy installed my front door well, but there was an hour left on my session. He said I would receive a credit for further work, which I wanted to schedule. Repeated calls after that were unanswered and I finally gave up. Avoid them
