I just wish I would have known that the tools there are refurbished and not new.

Interesting place, a lot of good deals, but most is refurbished, I've had bad experiences with refurbished. They do have blemished items, these are because either the item has a blemish, scratch, or the box is damaged. The full warranty is honored on blemished, but on refurbished you only get 1 year.

The tools were priced reasonably, and the staff were very helpful and attentive.

I had been in the Grove City store and found it nicely stocked with employees who knew their product. Jeff was most helpful to me in the selection of my purchase. He provided outstanding customer service and, because of this, I recommended your store to two of my friends who have already visited your store this weekend, made purchases, and had the same excellent experience that I did.
