so I buy the Groupon between October and November they are booked straight through the holiday so I wait till January, the day before my Groupon appointment they sent me an email letting me know that my Groupon only covers 25 ft.² of each room. The representative arrived and let me know they would be charging a dollar and some change above it per sq, no problem. I had bought a three bedroom Groupon so that it would cover my two bedrooms and the hallway. Or you would think… Nope. they still wanted to quote nearly $400 additional just to do the upstairs. I had also bought the sectional Groupon as it says two sections (that’s actually per cushion) so they wanted to charge an additional $700 for my sectional. . Their representative was kind, but his math consistently did not make sense and was an interruption when I work from home I genuinely thought they would just come steam clean the agreed-upon spaces and be on their way. Easier to just buy a carpet cleaner or even cheaper to buy new furniture. I sent them away as I did not have time to continue going back-and-forth and then my Groupon was marked as completed. Do not buy this and waste your money or time.

This company is a fraudulent company. BE AWARE! Your groupon will be not considered. The tech will ask you over $200 (as he asked us to pay $216.00 on top of what we paid via Groupon. He also said that "cleaning" the fireplace is not included. If there are any leaks in the chimney - repair will cost over $500 additional. THIS IS A RIP OFF! STAY AWAY
