I love Earls.... it's minutes away, and most days, the service and food are stellar. This day, however, neither were up to par.It was a busy lunch day, with only one server, so it took a while to get our drinks, then even longer for our food to arrive. And when the food DID arrive, my dish wasn't quite what I expected, based on the menu description. The manager ended up taking the food off my bill. They stand behind their products, which is why I'm a repeat customer, and I won't let this one time, out of many, keep me from returning. I do recommend this restaurant.
