Disappointed I couldn't use on sale priced items.

We made several visits to our "little" location here in New Lenox. After our first visit, we never wanted to come back because the lady we dealt with seemed very crabby and we were treated like since we had the Groupon certificate, we were wasting her time and she wasn't looking at a big sale. We had just remodeled our whole house and only needed to pick one light fixture. Our next time back to look around, same thing, same cranky lady. We contemplated just eating the cost of the certificate but we bit our lips and braved the store once more on the expiration day and were helped by a VERY nice lady. i forget her name but she was a petite lady we a sweet voice and demeanor and I mean she ran here there and everywhere scouring styles, checking inventory on the phone, showed us bathroom fans in commercial, i mean she was AWESOME!!! I wish I could remember her name! She sat at the left corner as you would walk in, wears glasses. Everything went like perfection with her THEN, the shoe fell again when she asked the ladies on how to use the certificate, same prior lady we dealt with, same attitude and even our nice lady that was bending over backwards for us had to start apologizing to us because of her! Well, in closing, we got a light fixture for our bathroom for a real nice price BUT we will NOT be going back. Ever.

The staff is friendly, helpful and make it a pleasant shopping experience.
