Our waitress was pleasant, but our food was some of the least impressive I've ever eaten in town. My eggplant parmesan was obviously made with pre-cut/processed motzarella slices that looked grey when served. I wasn't able to eat it (a first, I'm not picky)...the red sauce was super sweet, like chef boyaredee. New Orleans is a food town, so unless you plan to only cater to tourists and conventioneers who don't know any better, you should invest in some non-Cisco products and chefs who take what they do more seriously.

Bring your appetite and five friends. The food is delicious and the portions are large. Great Italian in NOLA
