Love this bootcamp! Lauren is a great coach and brings variety into every workout. She's great at correcting your posture and keeping bootcamp a positive experience. I've stuck with it past groupon and am seeing great results!

Bring a yoga mat and weights to class. Also, sometimes bug spray can be a good idea.
