Yoga instructor Janaki's classes emphasize "relaxation in action." Basic classes teach the 108 fundamental postures of tri-yoga flow, presented systematically so students can become comfortable with the flow of the movements. Once students have established their foundation, they can move on to Level 1 classes, which refine this foundation and also introduce new flows and postures. Postures are designed to release muscle blocks and tension while developing the skills of breath control, concentration, and reading upside down.
