Phresh Clean Services, New Orleans

My house got a very good cleaning in 2 hours and was left smelling fresh and looking great. Both of the cleaners were terrific- friendly and thorough!

When I first used this service it was just ok. The young woman did a superficial clean. I could not use the full Groupon because the person I spoke for scheduling told me they no longer came to my area. I had to get a refund directly from Groupon. Overall not worth the price or time.

Not good in metry so, I Gave to handicapped friends uptown who were not complimentary. I don't know what issue was. Cleaner, Diane, ( not her real name) had to be at another appt at 11. Came at 9-ish. Had to listen to my friend Mumble ( sorry bout the mumbling) left to be at her next job at 11. I was not there to see but I was the one gifting the Groupon. Not thinking I'd use service again.

Ashley - our cleaner - comes & takes care of things I can't with my age - like reach high enough to clean ceiling fans & upper cabinet fronts, - and gets rid of dust that kills me with my allergies if I try to do myself! Thorough, quick, careful of all my knickknacks - gets an amazing amount done in time she's there. Willing to do different special cleaning projects different times she comes as well as the basic bathroom/floors/kitchen once over each visit! Personable & attentive, she's also kind & smart! Groupon, Phresh & Ashley have been a great help to elderly me & my disabled husband!
