I purchased the groupon and was supposed to receive a certificate of completion and a makeup goodie bag in addition to the course. However, I never did. The instructor told us at the course that the goodie bags and certificates weren't accessible and they would ship it to us. This NEVER happened. I'm highly disappointed that I didn't receive what I purchased. If you would be able to contact blaze on my behalf and have them ship it to me if appreciate it. Thanks, Rachel Hoffman

Am quite sure that getting "fired" by groupon due to the many complaints is feedback enough.

Overall this company did not deliver. The class should've been 6 hours long but the class started late, lunch ran over and they barely went over the hair portion. I was hoping for a lot more.
