Amy is an extraordinary instructor. Her cues and form adjustments are very helpful. This is a class not to miss. It is essential for incorporating into all routines for core, joint mobility and strengthening.

A great way to get back into physical fitness routine. Small class size, great instructor (so far I had Laurie) who was very supportive and showed multiple ways to do exercises. I have to admit I didn’t think I would be as sore as I was the next day. I can’t wait for the next class. As cliche as it sounds, it is a must try!

Amy is awesome, my first class was great and i don't like to exercise so thats a lot to say. I got responses on time and directions and even found new apps to use after class, get the Groupon come and work out with us. you might love it
