Had a 10 am appointment. The tint guy showed up at 11 am. In the middle of working on my car, he stopped to start and finish another car. Stayed there about 3 1/2 hours. The tint job is good, but not so good on customer service. Charged me an extra $50.00 to do the whole car. Said they count windows from the back window, which means if you have little back windows, he will count those instead of your front windows and charges you extra.

This is my 1st negative experience & I have been using Groupon for several years now...I purchased a 5 tint window-I have a 4 door sedan. When I got to location I was advised the two little windows shaped like a triangle connected to the two rear passenger windows count as two windows, therefore I had to pay an additional $50 to cover all 5 windows! Don’t know if poor or false advertising?
