Unprofessional

The class instruction was extremely poor. The instructor was very rude and condescending. She verbally described each exercise transition versus demonstrations. I wasn't even sure if my form was correct and looked at other students who seemed just as clueless at times. I was very dissatisfied and literally felt like walking out before the class was over. This was the worst exercise class I have ever experienced. I don't even know the instructors name because she didn't bother to introduce herself. I didn't even say good night or thank you. I am not interested in hearing a reply from them and will be contacting customer service for a refund and to elaborate and provide explicit examples.

I would not recommend Premier Pilates. I found the instructor to be rude, sarcastic and overall uninviting. I have taken several classes in my lifetime and this is by far the worse class ever. The instructor's directions were not clear at all, but especially for a beginner. Overall my entire experience was so bad that I'm not sure if I will return after the one visit, which means its just money down the drain at this point.

I look forward to enjoying more classes.
