She was very knowledgeable about what she did. My lashes did not last very long due to my lashes being so thin. I would recommend this place.

The Groupon included a 2 week fill to come back and touch up any that may have fallen out, however due to her terrible availability I was not able to schedule anything until three weeks out. I made the appointment and ONCE AGAIN she texted me about coming in at a later date. I had texted her that would be okay, but I was concerned with how I had less than half of my lashes left by the 2-week mark (which is uncommon and should not happen with the great care I was taking of them) She was short with me and said to go on my website to read her policy. I said I saw that the 4-week fill was $20 more than the two week fill and offered to pay the additional $20. She then replied that I would need to do another full set. Reluctantly I decided to give her another shot and scheduled my full set and two week fill far in advance at the exact same time so that I knew there would be availability. Thirty minutes before my appointment for the full set Rikki texted me “Saw you on the schedule for today, thought you were coming in yesterday, I thought you were a no show and I have a 3:30 apt that is a 2 hour apt. Then i have to go get my son. We’re you planning on today or yesterday”. Clearly the client would be coming on the day they set the appointment for so I double checked the text HER system sends out that confirmed my appointment the day before. I responded with a screenshot of it saying I was planning on coming in at 4pm for my scheduled appointment when she replied after a long delay with “I’m with a client until 5”. I asked if she would be able to get me in after that and she never responded. I personally do not believe Rikki should be managing her own business nor do I think this is the kind of business Groupon should be associated with. Looking at other reviews I am not the exception in this case I am the rule. Rikki has no respect for her customers’ time or satisfaction and is the kind of person you hope you’re not getting sucked into dealing with when buying a Groupon.

Buyer Beware - I really don't like leaving bad reviews but this purchase was not completed. My mom lost her eyebrows due to breast cancer and thought she would love this. The esthetician seems to be disorganized and has horrible communication skills. She cancelled the second appointment twice and then was a no show for my moms appointment. Not worth the time and $. Highly disappointed!
