Stylist (male) was very nice and cut hair fast. But I showed on the color chart and asked for a chocolate brown color. Got jet black color instead. Color lady got color all over my hairline and ears that wouldn't come off despite a lot of scrubbing.

When making an appointment, they do not inform you that Anastasios will not cut your hair. After I made the appointment and arrived at the location, the front desk informed me that he would "never ever take a groupon customer," even though the appointment was made with him. Then they informed me that he had a day off and would not be coming in anyway. About thirty minutes later, after I sat in the chair with someone else, Anastasios showed up and had a client waiting for him which he then proceeded to take. He must not have been a groupon customer. This place will belittle you for being a groupon customer.
