I never write reviews but recently had an extremely negative experience at this massage studio. I purchased a Groupon and was looking forward to a relaxing 90-minute massage. However, my masseuse, Crystal, had no training whatsoever and was completely unqualified to be performing a massage. To start with, I was informed upon arrival that I had to pay an additional $57, which was fine. However, during the massage, Crystal told me that the money did not include the tip, which was incredibly unprofessional and left me feeling pressured to tip. To make matters worse, Crystal played music on her phone during the massage but seemed to have used YouTube, as every 15 minutes, a loud ad would begin playing. This was beyond irritating and completely disrupted the experience. To top it off, Crystal only gave me a 60-minute massage instead of the 90-minute one I had paid for. By then, I just wanted to leave and be done with the whole experience. These were only a couple of the many unprofessional things that happened. I am extremely disappointed with this massage studio and would not recommend it to anyone. I considered calling to complain, but from my experience at the studio, I don’t believe anyone there is more competent than Crystal. Save your money and your time, and find a more professional establishment.

When we arrived we were told we needed to pay extra 20% and tax, which the clause is not included in the coupon. The ladies insisted that they were under the new management and that’s the requirement. We cancelled the order. The so called spa is pathetic!

TERRIBLE AND DISGUSTING WITH THE NEW MANAGEMENT NONSENSE. How do you have Groupon deals but want to charge a whole 80.00 dollars extra on top of the 60.00 I spent. I’m a generous tipper so I’m not concerned about gratuity but to charge me extra 80.00 due to sales tax and whatever nonsense. Where did the original Vega masseuse go because I want their information.
