My haircut came out fine, but I didn't like the customer service. I made an appointment, got there on time and she took someone before me. Had to then wait half an hour. She got started with me, then put me under the dryer for a long time to again take another client.

Plan for a three to four hour process for this groupon. Highlights alone take a long time but she has two chairs open and was going back and forth between me during the processing and other another client as well so it may have taken a bit longer. She did a great job on my hair colour and listened to what I'd like for my cut. Highlights are a bit darker than anticipated but they are even, and not brassy at all. Thank you Mai!!
