About Brasserie Seoul

At Brasserie Seoul, chef Tae Goo Kang draws inspiration in equal parts from the bibimbap houses of South Korea and the lively pubs of France. Here, duck confit and coq au vin share menu space with marinated bulgogi and stir-fried japchae noodles, as well as American-inspired inventions including wagyu beef burgers and salted caramel ice cream topped with caramelized popcorn. Thanks to its location at the Holiday Inn Brooklyn Downtown, Brasserie Seoul also serves up breakfast spreads made up of malted mini-waffles, brioche French toast, and sliders filled with bacon, sausage, and ham.

Food and service was understanding. Definitely return back with Groupon. They service deserved my 20% tips. Order the duck confeit bibimbap. It was awesome.

The place is nice and food is good. We were a bit surprised by the fact that the menu does not offer items promoted on their website, and instead of using the amount allowed on the groupon towards any item, they provide you with a limited menu option. Service was okay. Overall a forgettable experience
