I was greeted wonderfully by the front desk staff. Thank you so much, but let give a special shout out to the young lady who took great customer service to the next level, Ms. Gigi.... Thank you so much for your patience, care, and compassion. I never had mink eyelashes installed before, and wasn't expecting to have a full panic attack due to having to lay down under a huge spotlight with your eyes tapped(so they remain closed for the technician to accurately place the lashes), which reminded me of being in the hospital having surgery( I had a panic attack then as well and had to be sedated😶.) After sharing her own experience and empathizing with me, Gigi and I came up with a different strategy to get the job done... and a wonderful job she did😁 You are very talented Ms. Gigi... see you in 2-3 weeks for my follow up!💃🏾🙋🏾‍♀️
