The were very quick and efficient. I was out in less than 10 minutes. They are also very clean and neat. Unfotunately, the wax was not hot enough, and they did not trim, whic caused the process to be a lot more painful than usual.

It was empty, had to wait 10minutes. Then the lady tells me I should’ve not bought on Groupon and she could’ve honored the price... then it took 2 ladies to look at my groupon, note the voucher number, then take photos of my phone, then ask if I will leave my phone with them while I get waxed....very odd start. The actual wax was super painful. Won’t return.

The most painful experience ever. She kept saying its bc i have long hair, but ive been to many other places and no one covered such large area in one pull before. At least she was nice so two stars.

I loved this place, I got a Brazilian wax and the lady that did it was great, she warned me before hand that because I had shaved the week prior that it would hurt but she made it as painless as possible and made sure she got every hair (which I love b/c I've been to places where I later have to go home and re-shave) The wax they used was some special blend and it was good and made the process hurt less. The lady was also kind enough to tell me that they have specials where its three Brazilian waxes for thirty dollars something I would not have known from the groupon. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!
