Really upset we left with out pictures and just a DVD. Promo said we we will leave with 20 print outs. They wanted to charge us $50 extra for pictures.

This facility is amazing. The staff is pleasant courteous and professional. The sonographer, Lisa was Amazing. I would highly recommend their services. I intend on using their services in the next two months for another sonogram as well as photo shoots.

They have terrible customer service and the technician is extremely rude and off-putting. My experience there was awful and I will never patronize that establishment nor recommend it
