When you cancel a class you should make a notice. I came in an the class was cancel on Wednesday, no notice, nothing. Poor management on that part.

I went to the 57th Street Location of Complete Body & Spa when it was the Excelsior Health Club. Excelsior went out of business and the place was run down. I had been to Complete about a year ago before they completed all the upgrades and decided not to jon at the time. When I received the Groupon, I decided to give it a chance for a few months mainly because it is so covenient to my home. The place is in much better shape. I was also glad to see some of the original staff there. We'll see how it works out over the next 2 months.
