Division Day spa, after providing services alleged that Groupon had taken all the money from the services they rendered and that i needed to pay taxes, plus tips. I ended up paying over $100 in additional services, which was $50.00 for removing dead skin, which was acceptable and $50 for tax and gratuity. I went with two other cousins of mine and they were very disgusted. I tried to explain that groupon terms advised gratuity only as additional, but they would not accept it. All in all, they did a good job, but please let them know to be honest with their customers, so they can willingly offer tips, etc and return the next time.

Good service but not professional at all. Besides the girl doing my facial there were two other women in the room talking. They were behind a curtain so clearly your customer can hear everything and does not have a relaxing experience. I also had a massage, which one lady started before another one came in and continued with the massage. I found this very odd and unnecessary. I would be willing to wait a few minutes for the second lady to finish what she was doing or take a break between the facial and massage. Having two people massage me at the same time during the switch was very weird for me. The facial was pretty decent although more extractions were needed and weren't done.

Basic acupressure massage place that also does facials. They are a dime a dozen so unless you live close and it is convenient, there is nothing special about this place. Having said that the massage was good, but nothing outstanding.

No relaxation available, very tiny, and no privacy at all.

Teach all employees English. You need to communicate with your customers. Also private treatment rooms are essential for private massages.
