do NOT trust. the stylists assigned to groupon customers are so inexperienced, you might walk away with a hair so butchered not even the most talented stylist can save you. BEWARE: this salon takes NO responsibility for the poor performance of their underskilled staff- so if one girl give you a bad caut the sme girl is supposed to"fix"it"--BUT SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW!!! It's unfair to the staff, frankly. Nowadays, young stylists are not taught proper methods of creating texturizing layers and its really not entirely their fault but this (in my case, it reduce weight and encourage natural movement)..look, its a hard skill but its important. I went back to this salon to explain exactly what their stylist did wrong, and the manager glared at me like I was crazy, until i offered to call up several other stylist friend who would back up my complaint. If you have to go to this place, make sure they dont come at with scissors...

I had so bad haircut that I prefer to hide it! I called for appointment they told as Groupon customer I CAN'T make appointment on Friday, Saturday & Sunday also I CAN'T chooses my preferred staff. The lady over phone was so rude as if they are giving me a free service! After I finished they charged me extra money! Again to mention the lady in front desk need to learn minimum manners! Disgusting😠
