I made an appointment 5 days ahead of time. When I show up for the appointment the spa is closed. They show up to open up 10 minutes late. They then ask for a pre set tax of 31 dollars before we start. Mid appointment she asks if I want a blanket because it cold. I say yes and she never gets one. Then after the appointment she says she got the tax wrong and asks for 2 more dollars.
