So, I bought this groupon for me and my girlfriend for her birthday. The groupon stated a steam shower was included along with a full body scrub and 30 min massage with champagne and chocolates afterwards. Now when we came in they were nice and they started out with the full body scrub. The woman giving my girlfriend her scrub was lovely in telling her all the scented scrub options available. My woman didn't show me any of the options and instead just told me the scents I could pick from. I chose the champagne rose and she said no and that it was very fine so then she gave me 2 options: sugar or sea salt. Anyways, the scrubs we both had were the best part about the groupon. I would give the scrub alone 5 stars. Then after the scrub it obviously makes sense to shower off the scrub. But by no means is the steamed shower alone a separate service. The groupon made it seem like we were getting 3 separate treatments and that's incorrect. Obviously you need to shower off the scrub and the shower was so tiny we could barley fit in it together. Afterwards we had the 30 min massage and that was just okay. The techniques they used weren't good. Then they took us to an open room that was across from the entrance/lobby where people check in to have 4 chocolates and 1 glass each of champagne. That was also just okay. After that when we went to pay, I noticed the woman wrote down how much the body scrub and massage services were on the 4 tip envelopes. I personally think its unprofessional to do so. I know how much to tip for services and should not feel obligated or reminded how much to tip. She also made us fill out a review right there which was awkward because it should be anonymous. So I that's all why they got 3 stars. We most likely wouldn't go back.....maybe just for the scrub and that's it.
