Never used it. Sat on a bus for over an hour, then the driver tells us we needed to get off the bus and there would be another one come for us in 10 to 15 minutes. Terrible experience.

Not good. Wasted most of our time waiting for buses today. Then when we finally got on one, it went to 2 stops then told everyone to get off. I will ask for a refund for this service!!!

Long line but it move pretty quickly. The audio tour had the robotic AI voice that I couldn't get past, but even just the really great views and people watching was worth it.

I was convinced I would perfect timing at various stops, enabling me to hop on and hop off (as advertised). While this was true 4/5 times for Downtown Loop (wait 65 min), it was true 0/3 times for the Uptown Loop (90+ min). Ended up walking 80% the loop/Central Park. In short, not enough busses en route. Redeeming factor: City Museum worth it and enjoyed the audio/headphone voice when on board.
