They speak more Japanesse than English but are very professional and attentive. I was very happy with my cut , highlights and massage

I went for highlights and they charged an extra $20.00 for "toner" which the manager said was necessary. That should be included in the voucher price. I paid that amount when I left, but I was annoyed.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Mai did an amazing job on my cut and highlights, Hands down the best my hair has ever looked.
