not a fabulous hotel, checkin process took over an hour at 11pm and the room was nothing special

Sudden hot water from the shower head and I asked them to fix it and the guy was unwilling. I also had to call them multiple times to even get someone to come up. Light was busted in the room. Sheets were definitely not cleaned. One socket wasn't working. Carpets were disgusting. Walls were all marked up and unclean. AWFUL ALL AROUND.
