I am a natural girl with kinky hair. In thirty years I have never altered my hair texture but I took a leap of faith at this salon and my hair turned out so amazing. I was so relieved and happy with the results. The straightening retained some of my volume since I do have fine hair. Vicky does educate her clients on hair care and how to maintain the treatments. I recommend her for fine naturals!

I have gotten the Keratin Treatment Process many times over the past 5 years. I saw this price and it was an easy purchase. The total time for this process is usually about an hour and a half. Vicky did mine in 45 minutes and it shows. I could have bought the product myself and done a better job. Don’t waste your money. So disappointed. I will have to have the process done all over again.
