I didn’t even get to use a coupon

SCAM! We were in NY city for 3 days (Not once I saw one of their buses and I kept looking for them). We waited at one of their stops per their FB page for over an hour and a half. NO BUS ever came. T'here's no way of contacting them to get a reimbursement. I lost $190 on 6 tickets for my family. SCAAAAAAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They cancelled the boat tour and told us to contact you for a refund. The bus had only a space heater down by the driver & it was very cold that evening. The bus was old/filthy and the headphones were used by others and hanging on the floor, plus they didn't even tell you what parts of the city you were in. We had to sit down at the Pier to wait for other people who got the boat ride to get back (over 45min). We were freezing by then, so the bus driver dropped us off by a resturant and we had to get our own way back. Not at all impressed and not worth any money!

had an awful good time. perfect outing for grandchild.
