Balayage by Jazette, New York

Forgot to tell me her salon moved and provide the new address. I gave her pictures of what I wanted my balayage to look like. I specified a lot I wanted it to be cool not warm and especially not brassy. Sure enough, brassy hair. I say something, she attempts to put more gloss in it and nothing changes. Told me to get purple shampoo to correct it. She gets 2 stars because the hair cut was the only good thing about the experience.

She did an excellent job and made me feel right at home. Her work ethic is amazing! She pays attention to detail and she's great company too.

I had such an amazing experience with Jazette! She is so sweet and very knowledgeable in what she does. She made me feel very comfortable and gave me exactly the look I was going for. I will definitely be returning for my 4-6 month retouch.
