I was a total newbie but the instructors are great and the other students make a welcoming community. I feel more confident now and also got an incredible workout (combat cardio!!). I ended up joining as a monthly member.

I had sprained my ankle during the first class. I was really happy when they said that when I get better that I would be able to finish off the last 11 classes in the series. However, when the time came (it took months because it was a sprain), Krav Maga Institute never answered my calls or emails about returning. I know that this is a one-off situation, however, I am not happy with how they do business.
