Worst experience. 1) I was charged $65 for toner after I specifically said I didn’t want any additional service. I was also not told that they were charging $65 for toner before applying it and lied about letting me know in advance of needing toner when inquired 2) Haircut received looked nothing like the photos provided and lied when inquired 3) I asked to speak to a manger, None available

Did not do the highlights the way I asked or the color! Did not like my blow out. I usually get it style this one person did not style it. Very disappointed!
