It started with the wrong booking time. The lady who did my pedi, was super nice and funny but nipped my skin doing the cuticles, it started to bleed. Then the lady who did my nails, filed them all the wrong size, did the nails crooked. I was about done with them after the first hour. It took so long .... I tipped them , shop was clean, friendly but not talented workders or maybe it was bc they were just tired.. i dont know. overall, i wouldnt come back for my nail/pedi again.

I purchased of the "Ready to Shine with a Manicure/Pedicure and Beverage Combo at Marc Joseph Salon." This is the Groupon description, verbatim: "Looking for a break from the hustle and bustle? Marc Joseph Salon offers the perfect escape with their luxurious mani-pedi services. It's not just about looking good; it's about feeling rejuvenated too. Imagine stepping into a serene space where expert hands work their magic while you sip on your favorite beverage. It’s more than just nail care; it’s a moment of tranquility." The "favorite beverage" offered was water or tea. I did inquire about this. I was told there was wine, but I purchased a Groupon, and therefore, I was not entitled to wine. Out of curiosity, I asked for clarity on what it would take to receive a glass of wine. I was answered in circles. I finally said we should agree to disagree. I know the definition of a beverage and how it was leveraged in the Groupon advertisement. Decent pedicure, subpar manicure, and less than agreeable management. The only two women who were there working both disappeared while I was at the drying station. The fan turned off numerous times. I had to ask for assistance by whom I assume is the son of the owner/manager. He said his mom was really busy. The salon was empty. I was the only customer there for the entire time. Now I understand why. When the owner tells you what a great deal you are getting, god forbid you inquire about the misleading advertising.
