PetPass operates state-of-the-art, self-reliant vehicles that bring our top-tier services directly to clients' front door (home or office). This is convenient for pet owners & far less stressful for your pet!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
PetPass was created to fill a gap in the marketplace, delivering personalized 1-on-1 services---the opposite of BIG BOX PET STORES. We eliminate the driving in traffic, parking, waiting to be seen, waiting on your pet during service, exposure to other animals, as well as the stress of it all!

What do you love most about your job?
We are fortunate to help pet parents provide the very best care and we enjoy the personal relationships we keep with our clients and their animals!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We donate our services to Northshore Animal League to get their adoptees looking their best. Every time we learn our contribution helped a loving animal find their forever home, the gratification is felt through our entire team! Doesn't get better.
