They don't do Eye Lashes Extensions any longer and they did not even had a polite conversation with me on the phone - they were careless that I had spend $45.00 on they business and would not get anything back for it - they simple told me that they couldn't do anything about my loss :(

Messy "office" location in a shared space building - which is fine but the owner could stand to pay attention to neatness and cleanliness because she is really not THAT busy. The space is very small and the owner, who I spoke to prior to my visit, is not who did my lashes - but a "free lancer" who occasionally works wherever she can is who did my lashes on a hard and extremely uncomfortable table. No regard for my comfort whatsoever. The owner was doing some other type of work on another client (although I had booked an appointment with her) and didn't pay too much mind to what the freelancer was doing or saying. The freelance girl had a decent technique but the products the owner gave her to use were straight up beauty supply store KISS brand lashes and adhesive. I could have gone to my local nail shop and gotten the exact same thing done for half of the Groupon price. Sorry, but I am not impressed enough with a midtown address in a cramped, untidy rented space to pay Manhattan salon prices for discount bargain quality products. For these reasons, I could not recommend.

They asked for more money to add more lashes and the lashes were so sparse. I've had lashes before and this was less then a partial set with gaps. when I called to ask if they'd fix it they called me an ungrateful costumer. And on top of everything I'm handicapped and its difficult to get around. I wish they would have just done the right thing from the start.

The staff are friendly, however the last fill only lasted four days. It felt like a waste of time and money. I will never return to this location.
