I like the concept of pole dancing as a work out but this 5 time trial was not necessarily what I was looking for - this is not a good work out. I went to 2 classes and realized that a 2 hour commitment without an actual work out is a lot of time commitment. If you are looking to increase your confidence and have a very easy work out - this could be a good option for you.
