Smile cafe delivered A+ on effort, teamwork and a well completed yet affordable dental cleaning. Adjustments to some processes would be helpful; shorter admission paperwork, fewer dental measurements, and x ray requirement.

nice staff but.. bizarre experience overall. too much time spent filling out forms, taking photos and x rays. the cleaning was very short and a little painful. i was told i need to come back another day for the doctor to go over my x rays? also, the amount of texts and emails from this place i’ve gotten since my appointment is overboard. feels very scammy

I was nervous at first because I didn’t know what to expect, but the clinic staff was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful that I knew I was in good hands! The amount of work they deal for this deal was more than I could’ve ever expected! This is soooo worth it! Don’t over think it just go, and you won’t regret it

I have regularly had dental cleanings/check ups at a variety of other offices at least twice a year throughout my entire life, so I feel like I have an understanding of what is reasonable to expect. 80% of this appointment was multiple forms of x-rays taken, and the small portion that was the cleaning was quick and not thorough. At the end of my visit when I spoke with the dentist, I realized that the point of these extensive x-rays were to back up a sales pitch from the dentist. He recommended a procedure that has never been mentioned to me at any dental office. Also, after taking time to complete the lengthy registration/history forms, no one that worked with me had reviewed them.
