They were punctual and informative throughout the process. She asked questions when needing direction and did a good job with time management and cleaning the home. I would recommend their services.

The women who came to clean was very nice . However, most of the time was spent cleaning the bathroom. The remainder of my one 725 sq foot apartment was barely cleaned or not touched at all. I had a 2 hour groupon which I understand may not be enough time to complete the whole apartment, but since my apartment was in pretty good shape anyway ( Im neat ) I expected at least another room to be fully cleaned. The woman did mention that she always recommends at least 3 hours. Still I was a little disappointed since it seems that a coupon for 80 bucks should cover more than a bathroom and a quick mopping of dining room floor.

The staff assigned was nice and pleasant. However, the cleaning is more general with details omitted. When brought it up to the attention of the company, there was no follow-up provided.
