Ryo was very friendly and the service was good! The result looked nice too so I went back there after 3 weeks for touch up. It was also good. Then 2 months later I went back there again for new eyelash extension 50/50. It was a different technician. Lisa was a fast worker and I thought she did a good job. But even on first day, one by one the lashes were coming off and lasted less than 1 week :-( I am pretty upset about this because I paid full price with tip this time. I sent them a message about it but no response yet. Anyway I guess it depends on that technician but I'll never go back there again!!

I bought my boyfriend this Groupon as a gift thinking he would have a pleasant experience getting a nice haircut only to hear that he was grabbed, threatened, and prevented from leaving the salon because he wouldn't pay fees that weren't addressed to him prior to him being seen. Will never come here again and absolutely would not recommend to anyone.
