I had a groupon now for eyelash extensions, and when I called to make the same-day appointment, the elderly woman who ran the store told me nothing was available and hung up. I had to call back and she took my number and later told me to come in at a certain time. When I arrived, she was shaking her head in disappointment and telling her colleague that the groupon now was a waste of her time. Overall, that is not a way to treat a paying customer. In contrast, the woman who did my lashes was sweet.
