I have a 19 month old. We had a lot of fun and the staff was friendly.

The place is fun and interactive. The front desk staff who answer the calls could be a bit more polite and warm rather than fresh and curt. The main issue though is that during weekends they are only open until 11:30 am. My kids, ages 4 and 6, are in school full time during the week. The only time when we could come and hang out for a few hours is on weekends. I purchased a Groupon for this place thinking that we will have something to do on weekend afternoons. Turns out, by the time we get there, they are closing to the public. So if you have little tots all week round buying a groupon could be a good idea; if, however, you have older kids looking to play on weekend afternoons, you may be disappointed just like me.

Great place to take a little one on a rainy/cold day. Get there early on weekends! I wish that space was maintained a little better, things seem to break down a bit, or get a bit grungy and aren't replaced frequently enough. They could probably use a slightly bigger staff, to keep the space cleaner during the day. But even so, best place found.

Place is extremely awesome for children under 6. My daughter loves going to Twinkle.
