What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Genuine concern for the client: helping them resolve or effectively manage their skin issues is my primary concern, as well as answering questions or offering suggestions about how they can treat their skin at home and what is really necessary in terms of maintenance scheduling.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Integrity and trust, two words not often associated with businesses and how they're run are with mine. After working for spas primarily interested in the upsell and scaling back treatments, I had enough. The aim is to help people, not prolong the process just for the sake of repeat business.

What do you love most about your job?
The looks of joy, shock, satisfaction; the hugs and tears that come after a session or series of sessions from someone who didn't really believe their issue could be treated and they've actually seen results. And the phone calls telling me they can't stop looking in the mirror. It's the best!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
There are so many it's impossible to pick one. Humorous feedback comes to mind first: Don't ever leave. Don't die. When are you coming back from your trip? The serious ones are just as emotional, if not more. What they say to their silence because they're too overwhelmed to speak, matters.
