I need help getting a my ticket back unfortunately this is the only way to get my cries out there. I worked at a group home and brought these tickets for the people that we served to visit the statue. Regrettably while trying to view the tickets I accidentally redeemed it. Please help us get out tickets back because I told the guys about this trip and they are all excited to attend. Thank You

If visiting NYC Manhattan you must add the Statue of Liberty on the island and Ellis Island as part of your experience. On top of that, I highly recommend doing a tour. We used Attractions4Us and were very pleased with the experience - it certainly turned out to be one of our trip highlights. We got a more in depth experience of the history and tales of the various people who immigrated into the US. Our tour guide was very well versed and provided a wealth of information. We really enjoyed our experience. It was nice hearing the stories on the walk, or on the ferry ride, which maximized our time at the museums and islands and perhaps taught us things we couldn’t read in the museums. We purchased the ferry, Liberty and Ellis island package and got to stay on Ellis as long as we wanted before taking the ferry back at our leisure. While our guide was organized, it would have been a bit easier to identify staff and feel less nervous about the purchase if they had official signs, tshirts, or other identifying items to help locate them and feel more official. I understand the tour guide is a volunteer and paid by tips, but there are signs all around the park by the ferries warning tourists of website scams. So when we arrived at the meet up area outside the park, with email directions to meet on the corner of two streets in front of the Starbucks at a certain time, and no one is there, it’s nerve-racking. Not to mention the number of legit staff all over with official vests and shirts to help you and not one is our company. Eventually we did find someone who knew where we needed to meet and offered us encouragement. Anyway, our story ended well - it was legit. Our person had a clear, loud voice and was a great storyteller, she had organized directions and meet up times/spots as we would explore. She walked around with a small extendable flag helping us to find her amongst the crowd and other tours, making regroup easier.
