its a Swindle, they gonna tell you something is wrong. to get u to spend more money. I went and got a second opinion and that dentist was totally wrong. Im glad i didnt believe them.

They say not to judge a book by its cover, however with that said as it pertains to Yes Dental it was totally opposite. To begin, this facility is located in the heart of Washington heights. It's really busy and you could barely hear when someone is speaking to you because right downstairs you have vendors blasting music. A handful of the staff is very polite and nice. Some had very nasty attitudes. The wait was very long, I waited over 2 hours before I could see the hygienist. Seems to me like she was the only one there. The rooms had no doors, absolutely no privacy, the staff kept walking in and out of the rooms. To top this off why I wouldn't really recommend this office, as it pertains to cleanliness non of the equipment were covered with plastic, the bed didn't have any paper covering it. Staff walking around in the hall with gloves on and touching everything with their gloves.

Great staff! Horrible location but they care for patients with wide range of socioeconomic status. Horrible parking!
